Contact us by phone, through our website, or have your current physician send a referral. Our scheduling team will collect your basic information and insurance details to verify coverage.
Insurance Verification
Our billing team verifies your insurance coverage and contacts you to confirm any copay or cost-sharing amounts. For Medicare patients, most house call primary care services are fully covered.
Schedule Your Appointment
We work with your schedule to find a convenient time for your visit. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability. Most new patients are seen within one week of their initial request.
Your Provider Arrives
Your provider arrives at your home with all necessary equipment, including portable diagnostic tools, lab supplies, and prescription capabilities. Visits typically last 30 to 60 minutes, allowing ample time for a thorough examination and discussion.
